Terms and conditions
The terms we work under.
These terms apply when you engage Workbotic Data Ops, a service of Workbotic, for data entry or data processing work. They do not replace a signed agreement for a specific job, which takes priority if there is one.
Last updated: 20 June 2026.
1. The service
We process data you provide into an agreed output, such as records entered into a spreadsheet, a CRM clean-up or a document-to-spreadsheet job. We agree the scope, fields and rules for each job before starting.
2. Quotes and pricing
Projects start from A$549 ex GST. We review a small sample, then confirm the scope, turnaround and a fixed price before any work begins. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. A quote applies to the scope described in it; new or changed work is quoted separately.
3. Approve before you pay
You only pay once you have approved the sample and the fixed quote. If the sample is not right and we cannot agree a scope, you owe nothing. For standard jobs, payment is made upfront once you approve the quote, before we process the full job. For larger projects, we can agree alternative payment terms in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to give us the data and instructions. You agree to provide accurate rules, identify any legal or contractual limits on the data, and review the sample and output within the agreed time. Do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive data through the public quote form.
5. Accuracy and corrections
We process the work against the accuracy and validation rules we agree, and a person reviews it before delivery. One correction round is included unless agreed otherwise. If we miss the agreed rules, we re-do the affected records at no extra cost. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed scope.
6. Data handling and confidentiality
We handle your data under our data handling principles and our privacy policy. We keep your data confidential and will sign a reasonable confidentiality agreement on request.
7. Ownership
Your source data and the delivered output are yours. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and tools. We do not claim rights over your data.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a job is limited to re-performing the work or refunding the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel before work starts at no cost. If work is underway, you pay for the work completed to that point as agreed in the quote.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, with the current version always on this page. Questions go to [email protected].
