Workbotic Data Ops is the data-operations service from Workbotic, an Australian AI and automation company. We turn messy PDFs, scans, exports and spreadsheets into records your systems accept.
The gap we saw
Every business has a pile of data work that sits in the too-hard basket. It is too small to justify a hire, too messy for software to handle once the source files stop being tidy, and too important to ignore. So it gets postponed. The expensive part was never the typing. It is the duplicate that double-pays a supplier, or the missing field that breaks an import three weeks later.
How we work
We process the repeatable part at speed, then run validation checks on every record and review the exceptions against the rules you set. Nothing is bulk-processed and shipped unseen. You approve a sample and a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprises.
Australian-owned and managed
Workbotic is an Australian-owned business and your job is managed and done in Australia. We price in Australian dollars, sign your NDA on request, agree how your data is handled before it moves, and keep it out of public AI tools and away from AI model training. You deal with the people doing the work, not an anonymous queue.
We are early, and honest about it
